Sunshine Laundry

In our grandfather’s age, the work was to tear down the OKC metro for a city in the sky that never happened. Today, despite mother nature, the work is to save the city and it’s historic and important spaces. We’re grateful for developers like Pivot Project who recognize the importance of keeping our old spaces and breathing new life into them.

The Sunshine Laundry building is a great example of something old and in ruin being reclaimed. Just a few years ago, this relic on Classen near 21c was a dumping ground with a collapsed roof. Now it has a second life as the home to Stonecloud Brewing, the Pivot Project office, additional office space and a restaurant. We were given a sneak peek last week which was way better than our normal lurking outside and staring in the windows.

A view of 21c. A view of 21c. Imagine your office with a view of a brewery above a tap room. Imagine your office with a view of a brewery above a tap room. Stonecloud plans on making a LOT of beer.  Stonecloud plans on making a LOT of beer.   Stonecloud will have the nicest tap room in Oklahoma City.  Stonecloud will have the nicest tap room in Oklahoma City.   Photos of what once was.
