We’re Chad and Chelsea. Or Chelsea and Chad. Depends on who’s writing.

One of us is an Oklahoman, born and raised. The other is an Oklahoman by transplant. While our purpose is not to write about ourselves, who we are informs our vantage point of the city.

Together, we are learning to love OKC. Jefferson Park is home and Uptown 23rd has become our main stomping grounds, but it’s not unusual to find us making our way through all of the districts.

We’re just normal people. We don’t own a restaurant or rehabilitate old buildings. We have regular jobs and don’t make money doing this. We meet people. We write stories. We write stories about the amazing things happening in this city because there are SO many amazing things happening and we want to participate. We are proud to live in OKC.
